The reporter is an unnamed reporter who reported on the opening of Krusty's Ark.

History

After Krusty the Clown opened the animal shelter known as Krusty's Ark, he asked him if he fulfilled the promise asked by his father in the dream that he didn't tell anybody about. To which Krusty responded with a no, stating the generosity solved nothing.
