Mediocroto was one of the students who attended Andrea del Verrocchio's art school. After Verrocchio quit because Lisanardo da Vinci was better at art than him, all the students, including Mediocroto, got annoyed at Lisanardo and made her quit the school. Mediocroto said that he only got C grades for his work because he was mediocre.
