Daisy "Granny" May Moses is a character in The Beverly Hillbillies, played by Irene Ryan.

History[edit]

A scene of The Beverly Hillbillies had Jethro Bodine tell Daisy May that he was going to shoot some Vietcong. Granny then said that she wasn't going to cook them.[1]

Homer read crosswords from the book Already-Solved Crossword Puzzles. He was surprised that Irene Ryan is TV's Granny.[2]

A statue of Jethro Bodine carrying Daisy May Moses was seen at the Hillfolk in Media exhibit at the Hillbilly Pica-ture Palace.[3]

When Professor Frink received the Nobel Prize, he thought that it was because of his ray that removes the clothes from TV stars and he showed Lisa a clip from The Beverly Hillbillies where he removed Elly May and Granny's clothes. In the scene Granny told May that she had some bad news, Jethro ate her monkey.[4]
