When Bart peed his pants, after Homer tickled him too much, the stain was picked up by Russian spy satellites and President Dmitry Medvedev took the pants wetting as a sign of American weakness. A Russian flotilla then entered into New York Harbor.
Behind the Laughter[edit]
The real-life Dmitri Medvedev was the president of Russia between 2008 and 2012, and later became the Prime Minister between 2012 and 2020.
