The unnamed car salesman is a man who tried to sell a car to Homer.

History

While posing as Krusty the Clown, Homer Simpson attempted to obtain a free car from a dealership by exploiting his mistaken celebrity identity. As he demanded special treatment, gunshots from mobsters pursuing Krusty struck the vehicle, leaving it riddled with bullet holes. The salesman, trying to close the deal despite the damage and chaos outside, insisted the holes were “speed holes” that would make the car go faster and continued trying to sell it to Homer at a bargain price.
