Willis is a gnome restorer in the short film Willis & Crumble in Better Gnomes and Gardens.
History
After Crumble shows off the gnome restoration machine, Willis is invited inside the house by Miss Pennyfarthing for some tea and marmite. When he comes out again, Crumble has been turned into a giant gnome.
Behind the Laughter
Willis is based on the character Wallace from Wallace and Gromit, created by Nick Park.
