The Terrifying Callback is a freak that has two heads and sings karaoke duets on The Burnsum and Bailey Circus. It is a reference to that episode’s previous segment, in which Bart’s head is sewn to Selma’s body. This version is barefoot and wears a potato sack dress, unlike in the previous segment, which wore a hospital gown.
