Ross is the son of one of the Cool Moms.
History
Ross used to hang out with Bart, Erik and Tyler at Toddlin' Town whilst their moms got together. On the 4th of July, Ross and his friends set off all the fireworks at the fireworks display ans got identical scars on their hands. After this incident, the Cool Moms broke up and Ross didn't hang out with the other boys any more.
Years later, Ross got together with the other kids again. He skateboarded out of Bart's treehouse and dislocated his foot, which he thought was cool. He and the other kids then pressured Bart into situations he didn't like until Bart decided to break up the Cool Moms again.
