Debute
His debute was in "A Funaral for a Fiend".
Role in the episode
When Sideshow Bob was put on trial for trying to kill The Simpsons Bart threw Sideshow Bob's medacation out the window and caused Sideshow Bob to die. However, he revived Sideshow Bob by injecting his medication through his neck.
Hair
Surprisinly the Terwilliger brothers get their crazy hair from their mother's side.Rob's hair is quite normal.

He is quite good at Poker, which he plays with Cecil and Gino, while he, and the rest of the Terwilliger family, are in Prison.
