Bart creates a pin of this character by cutting out part of Homer's face from his driver's license and adding eyes to the chin. He then trades it to the collectible pin salesman for Lisa's pearls. The salesman is enchanted by the pin and has a romantic fantasy (strongly referencing Dr. Zhivago) of spending time with the "real" Fatov.
