Duncan Hines was an American food critic.
History
When Bart did webcam with Milhouse and he wanted something to cheer him up. He told him a fun fact he had been saving for an emergency situation, and it was "Did you know there really was a Duncan Hines?". Homer started then a webcam with Bart asking for his money.
