History
He pulls up in his car after he sees Homer and Marge messing with the Watts Towers. After he realizes that it is Homer, voice of Angry Dad, he asks why he isn't at the Oscars and tells Homer that he has been Oscar blocked. He then gives Homer and Marge a ride to the Oscars.
