History

Raoul Duke and Doctor Gonzo were driving back from Las Vegas when they passed Homer and Ned. Gonzo said that it was a fun trip to Las Vegas, but Duke said that there were too many kids.

Behind the Laughter

Raoul Duke is a fictionalized version of author Hunter S. Thompson. The scene is a parody of the book by Thompson, Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas. The characters are drawn in the style of the Ralph Steadman painting, the Savage Journey.
