The ice cream lady works as a waitress at Phineas Q. Butterfat's 5600 Flavors Ice Cream Parlor and Izzy's Deli.

History

After Bart Simpson learned from Homer Simpson that you will rewarded by women if you make them compliments, he tried it out in the ice cream parlor. When the obese waitress gets annoyed by him indicating that he has been "nursing" a tiny ice cream for an hour, Bart says, "You know, I was just wondering how someone who works at an ice cream store keeps such a trim figure." Then, she admits to have misjudged him and serves him a giant sundae.

She took part in the human pyramid record attempt.
