Mrs. Parkfield is the mother of Hugh Parkfield.

History

When Lisa went to England to visit Hugh's parents, he met Mr. and Mrs. Parkfield. When Lisa complimented her dinnerware, Mrs. Parkfield told Lisa they were given to the finest family in Britain. When Lisa and Hugh were getting married, Mr. and Mrs. Parkfield went to Springfield to attend the wedding. Hugh introduced his parents to Homer.
