Jenny's husband is the husband of Jenny, who was trying to conceive a child.

History

He and Jenny approached Bart about him helping them have a child. He agreed to pay Bart $5 for his services and took out "Ha Ha!" insurance as well. Later, he and his wife went to tell Bart that he was right. After Nelson started to laugh, he told Nelson to stop, as she was pregnant. He then told Bart that his check had bounced but he had the money now.
