Smitherina is married to Monty Burns and neighbour of Homer and Margemary.

History

After Homer and Margemary hade move into a new apartment told their new neighbors Monty Burns and Smitherina. Smitherina invites them to come over and drink wine one evening. Homer tell them at he may drink Margemary's part beacuse she tries to get pregnant.

Homer and Margemary are invited to drink wine and tea at Burns and Smitherina, they tell them at they also tried to have children but failed, they contact doctors, acupuncture, in vitro and praying to Satan. Margemary beacomes then surprised that they praying til Satan so they explain that they worship him. Burns and Smitherina brings Homer and Marge Mary to their collective where they meet their friends who also turns out to worship Satan. During the public meeting, appear Satan, and he dances with Margemary and have sex with her.
