Celeste is an emperor.

History

When the Simpson family crash on a planet was they captured to be sacrificed to Jim-Bo for the emperor's amusement. Before they should be sacrificed, they meet Celeste who were slaves, together with all other two-eye creatures at the planet. When Space Cade Bart did so Jim-Bo became blind she get released and managed to overthrow the Emperor and made so all three-eyes creatures beings into slaves and she became the new emperor of the planet.
