History

Dan Castellaneta works as a voice actor at Fox. He was chosen as Angry Dad's voice because it's quite similar to Homer's. He also works as a comedian at a club in Chicago, where Homer and Mr. Burns told him to act a scene featuring a "a drunk millionaire at a Starbucks in Siberia". He was offered the role of Angry Dad again in Angry Dad: The Movie, but as he did not get paid for the previous episodes he turned it down.
