Munchie is one of Homer's hippie friends. He, along with Seth, own the Groovy Grove Juice Corporation and was a friend of Mona Simpson in the 1960s.

Behind the Scenes

• Munchie's name is a reference to a common side-effect of Cannabis ingestion, which results in trying to eat a lot in an attempt to quell the addictive properties of Cannabis in terms of withdrawal.
