Anne Blackburn is the wife of Thayer Blackburn.

History

Anne and Thayer moved into 740 Evergreen Terrace, next door to the Simpsons. The Simpsons went to visit their new neighbors and Anne opened the door to Bart mooning her, but was unphased by it. When Thayer and Homer decided to go out to play pickleball and then get ice cream, Anne invited Marge out to get a massage with her. She later went on a double date with Homer and Marge where they went to Sir Putt-A-Lot's and to a fancy restaurant together.
