Joey is a mobster and a member of the Springfield Mafia. He works for Fat Tony, alongside Legs and Louie. His most identifying characteristic is a scar on his cheek.

History

He works for Fat Tony at the Legitimate Businessman's Social Club, the headquarters of the Springfield Mafia. He was around when Bart was employed as a bartender at the club.[1]
