History

Bart was calling random telephone numbers in the Southern Hemisphere to ask , "Which way does the water turn in your toilet?" and had gotten through to him, but his translator misinterpreted Bart's question to a more ominous threat of the tide is turning so he immediately jumped out his window to flee the capital.
