Ngongo is an African tribal.
History[edit]
When the Simpsons were going to Africa, Ngongo felt that a great evil was coming to the continent. When another tribal asked him what they should do, Ngongo panicked and shoved his mask on the tribal, claiming that he was Ngongo now, then Ngongo ran off.
