Mr. MacManus was the first owner of the mansion at the end of Easy Street in Springfield.
History
When Lisa was visiting the Springfield Library for finding information about the house at the end of Easy Street she found out that he lost the house in a fortune at the stock market in 1929 and jumped out his office window.
