Character Information

Latino Ralph is a boy who attends East Springfield Elementary School. He bears a very strong resemblance to Ralph Wiggum in both looks and behavior.
History[edit]
When a blow to the head left Bart able to speak only Spanish, he was transferred to East Springfield Elementary due to the school's having many Spanish speakers. Bart met up with Pepi, who showed him around the school, and one of the students they saw was Latino Ralph, who stood on the playground with a finger in his nose and said (in Spanish), "I'm a taco."
