The Female clerk is a clerk at the North Haverbrook Courthouse.

History

While in North Haverbrook, Bart and Darcy decided to get married and went to the courthouse. There, Bart revealed to Darcy he was only 10 years old and couldn't marry her. The Female clerk then suggested them to get married in Utah, where the marriage laws are a little looser.
