Rudy Giuliani is an American politician.
History
When Homer did a commercial for Families Come First he used a portrait of Rudy Giuliani and said that he is Rudy Giuliani, do as he commands at the end. After Marge saw the commercial he used the same thing on Marge and said that she must forgive Homer.[1]
