Quenly Woosterfield is the half-sister of Simon Woosterfield, a boy who Bart swapped lives with.
History
She attempted to kill Simon along with her brother, Devan Woosterfield, on a ski trip. Devan at first tried to split the money 50-50 with her but they started trying to kill each other after she tried to poison him with a potato.
