El Barto the Great is a stuntman that works for Lisa the Frog. He appears in a story told by Homer Simpson.
History
When Krusty the Bear opened the show, El Barto the Great was preparing for something educational and wanted to fire fireworks onto the stage, but when Lisa the Frog found out, she let Old MacDonald perform a musical number instead.
Behind the Laughter
El Barto the Great is a parody of Gonzo the Great from The Muppets.
