Sheila Chow is the wife of Ling Chow. Together the two own The Pan-Fried Dragon, previously known as The Lonely Dragon, a Chinese restaurant in Springfield.
History
When Homer went to The Lonely Dragon while Bart got therapy sessions by Stacey Swanson, Sheila and Ling greeted Homer using their "act" where the put on over-the-top Chinese accents.
