The unnamed bully is a bully who frames Bart for shooting Chester.

History

The bully confronted the Springfield bullies when they arrived at the Bully Summit and asked them if their mommies brought them, to which Nelson replied yes. He then stole Bart's slingshot and shot Chester with it, framing Bart in the process. He and all the other bullies who attended the summit tried to stop the Springfield bullies and he and his group followed them to Springfield. When they approached them, Homer saw his son in trouble and ht the bully, causing him and his group to run off as they had never been in a fight before.
