Bully Summit

The Bully Summit is a summit where bullies from all over Springfield's state get together.

History

The Springfield bullies (and honorary bully Bart) all attended. Legendary bully Chester was giving a speech there but he was shot with Bart's slingshot by Wilbur Nurple who stole it then framed Bart. The Springfield bullies all had to escape the summit with everyone trying to catch and punish them.

An announcer and radio DJ was giving a commentary of the summit.
