Starla is a character in the series of Radioactive Man. And boyfriend to Plasmo.
History
When Professor Frink and Bart was capture in Mystical Plasmo: The Mystic they helped Starla and Plasmo defeat Sand Snake. After they had transported Frink and Bart back to Earth starting them to eating a dinner.
