The Reformed dad is a man who looks like a haired version of Homer and has a family consisting of people who look like Marge, Lisa, Bart and Maggie.
History
They were an unhappy family until they go to Dr. Monroe's Family Therapy Center and become a happy family. He then takes his family out for a round of frosty chocolate milkshakes.
