The party guest is a guest at Krusty's Absolut Krusty party at the Simpson house.
History
He is talking to Dr. Hibbert and his wife, as Mr. Burns walks over. When he tries talking to them, Dr. Hibbert makes the excuse that he has surgery in the morning, with the guest saying that he is the one having the surgery.
Behind the Laughter
- The party guest bears a striking resemblance to the radiated Springfield Nuclear Power Plant employee from "How I Wet Your Mother" and "Them, Robot". However, his nose is a different style and he has a deeper voice than the employee.
- A discolored, yellow version of him can be seen at the power plant in the beginning of "How I Wet Your Mother".
