Clay Babcock is a two-time Fast Car champion.
History
When the Simpsons family did a tour to the Springfield Nature Preserve they meet Clay when he crashed with his car. Bart asked if he could take a ride in his car and after Marge said it didn't harmed he took a ride with him on a time trials race which determine his pole position.
In the car told Clay at he sometimes let his wife drive, which was breastfedding their child in the car. After the game gave Clay free ticket to the race for the Simpsons which they used.
