Armando is a hairdresser at The Perm Bank. Marge is one of his customers.
History
Armando was cutting Marge's hair when Homer came in to the salon, gestured at Armando to be quiet, took Armando's place and began cutting Marge's hair himself (attempting to become a better husband). He did a terrible job, however, and Marge thought something was wrong when she saw the amount of hair falling to the floor. Still thinking that Armando was cutting her hair, she said that Armando was cutting her hair a little too much. But when she looked into the mirror, she saw that Homer had taken Armando's place and screamed when she saw what Homer had done to her hair. She then became angry and told Homer to leave her alone.
