The dispatcher is an unnamed man who works as a dispatcher for a courrier service.

History

After Bart, Milhouse, Martin and Nelson become stuck in Knoxville, Tennessee, Bart tries to get a job at a courrier service in the hopes that they would be able to deliver a package to Springfield and get back home. The dispatcher hired Bart and gave him lots of deliveries, but none of them were headed to Springfield. To get Bart home, Lisa and Homer decided to order a nuclear console from Oak Ridge.
