The American border security offical is an unnamed border security official for people travelling from Canada into the USA.

History

Homer Simpson and Grampa encountered the man while travelling back to Springfield, after their first drug run in Canada. The official asked if they had anything to declare, to which Homer declared that the man had the most beautiful brown eyes ever. The man, touched, then told Homer to get into his country. As Homer drove away, another security official walked up and asked the man if Homer had had a passport, to which the man replied, "yes... to my heart."
