Linda was a girl who was looking for a date in Hard up for a Date.
History
Homer was one of the possible men that Linda could date in Hard up for a Date. In the program she interviewed Homer, Disco Stu and Professor Frink. Linda chose Homer, which made him happy, but not Marge, who kicked him out of the house because of it. Homer wanted to avoid the date and got out of it after he promised Mr. Burns he'd participate in his new reality TV show, Escape From Emperor Burnsimoto's Castle.
