Bill Cosby hosted the TV program Kids Say the Darnedest Things, where he used the kids' remarks as a springboard to doing his own standup comedy routines. Cosby and his family later auditioned to appear in 1895 Challenge, a reality show where the cast would live as though the year was 1895. However, they lost out to the Simpson family. He is also author of the book Fatherhood, a book given to Homer by National Fatherhood Institute.
