On a stormy night, Homer is telling a story about The Bloody Hangman. He hangs people with his noose, that is strong enough to kill ten moose. He was chasing a person down an alley, singing his anchient land-shanty: "Kershaw Kershew, I'm after you. With my bloody noose, strong enough to hang ten moose."
