Frank Grimes was and still is Homers enemy. He worked at the Springfield Nuclear Power Plant until he was killed acting a lot like homer touching electrical wires that were extremely high voltage. He is buried in the Springfield Cemetary. His funeral was attended by many but it was inturruped by Homer snoring. His gravestone has also been kicked down by Homer.
