Frank Grimes was and still is Homers enemy. He worked at the Springfield Nuclear Power Plant until he was killed acting a lot like homer touching electrical wires that were extremely high voltage. He is burried in the Springfield Cemetary. His funeral was attended by many but it was inturruped by Homer snoring. His gravestone has also been kicked down by homer.
Family
Frank Grimes had one son called Frank Grimes jr. who tried to get revenge on Homer, however he was caught by the police thanks to Sideshow Bob. Acording to his son Frank Grimes liked hookers and thats how he got his child. Frank Grimes jr. is currently in prison.
