Steve is a general in the U.S. Army.
History[edit]
He appears in a video tape for the President. In the tape he reveals that Springfield has been classified "NWB", for "Nuclear Whipping Boy", and in the first moments of a nuclear war, Springfield will be bombed at will by all friendly nations to calibrate their missiles. After he said that he killed the cameraman with a pistol.
