Keith is the significant other of an unnamed woman from the Mid-Atlantic region of the USA.
History
When Homer and Marge were looking for guardians in case anything happened to them, Keith was walking along a road by the sea with his unnamed girlfriend. Marge soon found out that the woman was from the Mid-Atlantic, where the television series The Wire was filmed, and told Homer to drive.[1]
Keith was seen at the waterfront with his significant other.[2]
