Bernard is a tall man who was a bouncer for Flaming Moe's.
History
He welcomed Krusty the Clown into Flaming Moe's. He later denied Homer access to the bar, because he wasn't on the "list".[1]
He was ushering people with a flashlight towards the well that "Timmy O'Toole" was stuck down.[2]
