Kliff is the owner of Kliff's Kar Chalet.

History

When the people of Springfield raised money for the Simpson family when they thought that a burglar had stolen from them on Christmas morning, the Simpsons went to Kliff's Kar Chalet to spend the money on a new car. Kliff took advantage of them, claiming that the car Homer wanted to buy was $15,000 instead of $12,000, then threw in some overpriced undercoating. Bart, who was feeling guilty, wanted to donate the money to charity instead. Kliff then kept jabbing Bart with his pen to get him to stop talking.
