Captain Montgomery Burns was the captain of the Neptune. He appeared in a story told by Homer.
History
Captain Burns was welcomed onto stage by Disco Stu and told the passengers that the ship was unflippable. Captain Burns seemed to be loved by most of the passengers. However, when Captain Burns was steering the ship, he wasn't paying attention and a huge wave hit the Neptune, causing it to flip over. Captain Burns died in the aftermath.
